Who is this service for?+
The core service is for owner-led UK consultancies with 5–25 employees, regular project or retainer billing, and no dedicated billing or operations manager. Larger organisations can discuss a defined team workflow or backlog project.
Does Holly do the work?+
Yes. Holly designs the process, agrees the rules, monitors the workflow and handles exceptions. Approved tools support repetitive extraction, checking, drafting, filing and reporting.
Do you use AI and automation?+
Holly uses established software, automation and AI-assisted tools where they improve speed or consistency. We agree the systems, access and data-handling arrangements before work begins. Holly remains responsible for the managed service.
Will you contact our clients without approval?+
Holly only sends messages within the written authority, timing, wording and escalation rules you approve. Your team reviews new situations, disputed items and consequential decisions.
Can you chase overdue invoices?+
Yes, within your approved administrative process. Your authorised team retains control of disputes, payment arrangements, write-offs, legal demands and commercial decisions.
Do you replace our bookkeeper or accountant?+
No. Holly can organise supporting information and coordinate agreed administrative steps. Your bookkeeper or accountant remains responsible for accounting, tax and VAT decisions.
How much does it cost?+
Introductory pricing starts at £395 for an Admin Process Review, from £750 for an Admin System Setup and from £495 per month for a Managed Exception Desk. VAT applies only if applicable. Every engagement has a written scope, volume cap, exceptions allowance and price before work starts.
How do you protect confidential information?+
Before work starts, we agree the tools, access permissions, retention rules and approval controls. Holly asks for the least access needed and keeps each client’s information separate. Final client terms will identify relevant providers and data-handling arrangements.
What does outsourced billing administration include?+
It can include collecting timesheets or delivery records, checking purchase orders and client references, preparing invoice-ready information, tracking approvals, keeping billing records organised and managing agreed payment follow-ups. The exact tasks and approval limits are set in writing.
How do I start?+
Start with the free fit and cost check, then prepare a short brief for one billing workflow. If the service appears suitable, the first paid step is usually the fixed-scope £395 Admin Process Review.
